Ok, thanks. Caden doesn’t have a sound like that when he refluxes. He just sometimes swallows a lot, and I can tell something is coming up. Every once in a while he’ll have a wet burp (used to have lots), but he never fusses or cries afterward… I don’t think he’s a very severe case compared to what I’ve read from you all here. It’s good to hear others’ experiences with reflux to compare.
Also, just a quick update – we aren’t going to the GI after all, because our insurance wasn’t going to cover ANY of it! So, we just don’t have the money for that right now. Plus, I think I was doing it more for my own piece of mind and just knowing that I had done everything I could possibly do for his reflux, but he seems to be doing ok on his own at this point (except sleep), so for now we’re just going to keep plugging along.
