We had a good apt. I showed her the tape of Sebastian eating and making the ‘glurpy’ noise. She said it was weird, but that it should not be anything to worry about since everything on the swallow study looked good. I told her he seemed to be doing a little better lately and she said that was a good sign that he may be starting to turn the corner.
She said to keep him on the same dose of Prevacid and bring him back in two months. If he is doing well we are going to start cutting back the meds then.
Good news! I hope he continues to do well and you can put it all behind you for good. I was so happy when Myles came off meds and did fine.
I hope Sebastian can come off his meds in two months and be fine, too.Keep us posted.
